One of the few with a manual gearbox, discontinued by Jaguar on takeover of Daimler as it was quicker than their equivalent Mk2. Lovely history with one Yorkshire Murder Squad Detective and his family since new. Has been to many interesting crime scenes like those of the Yorkshire Ripper. Puts the 'Morse' Jag in the shade for authenticity. Showing some 82,000 miles the bodywork and interior are good, chrome is wearing and there is evidence of routine welding underneath. The engine sounds good and the car drives very well. Definitely one to keep and gradually improve due to its rarity and history. M.O.T. to June 2011 and tax free.
