The Triumph Herald is a two-door classic car that was introduced in 1959. Along with the Triumph Herald convertible, there were numerous other varieties available including a saloon, van and estate. During its production period it is estimated that there were around 300,000 Heralds sold. If you are considering a Triumph Herald for sale today, see the following guide for more information.

The Triumph Herald convertible had a very distinctive appearance thanks to the creative design work of Giovanni Michelotti. The opening bonnet for easy engine access, as well as the all round suspension made this car unique and exciting for its time.

There were three engine choices over the years that offered a stronger performance with each one. However the fuel economy suffered as a result.

It can be fairly tricky to find a Triumph Herald for sale of the 948 variety. The larger version and the Vitesse are in much greater numbers.
