5. Jaguar XJS

A large Jaguar with a huge 6L V12 engine may not seem like a good value car when it comes to fuel economy but smaller engines are available and good condition versions of this classic car for sale can be bought for under £5000 which is a small price for all that luxury and one of the most comfortable riding classic cars ever made. The Jaguar XJS was produced for 21 years which means large numbers of parts are available.

4. Triumph TR6

The Triumph TR6 is one of the most recognisable classic cars in the UK and is arguably the best classic car in the TR range.
