News: New 620k British Sports Car!
From Classic Car Life
In Novemeber we will get treated to the long-awaited premiere of the AF10 supercar from British sportscar maker Arash Motor Company
The £620,000 machine has a modular carbon-fibre chassis and produces 550bhp and 475lb ft of torque from its 7.0-litre V8 Chevrolet Corvette engine and is one of the stars of the Top Gear Live show
Although we have not been supplied with the official performance figures yet, it is suggested that the car can do 200mph and under 4 seconds on the way to 62mph makes it lightning quick.
"The AF10 has been four years in the making and we feel it is now time to introduce it to the world," said company founder, Arash Farboud.
"We wanted to bring something different to the supercar table, and felt that the industry needed a new and invigorating face and hopefully this is something we have achieved. Combining perfect design, without compromising on power, plus having one of the best emissions levels in the world, the AF10 is set to be a fantastic new car for the market," claimed Farboud.
At the international MPH show this year, the Arash AF10 will be joined by other leading sports car manufactures including Aston Martin, Bentley, Caparo, Ferrari, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren, Pagani, Porsche and Spyker.
The MPH show is at Earls Court, London from November 4-7 and at the NEC in Birmingham between November 11-14.
