Classic Motor Show, The NEC Birmingham Classic car shows do not get much bigger than this. As the largest event of its kind in Britain, the vintage car choice here is huge every single year. There are about 1,000 classic cars for sale at this show, and tens of thousands of visitors enter the arena from all over Europe to see the high quality selection. As well as the cars for sale, there are plenty of other attractions and activities to keep the whole family entertained for the day. These include 10-mile rides in cars, live shows and expert seminars. The 2010 show is set to take place between 12th and 14th November.
Bristol Classic Car Show 2010 has just seen the 31st Bristol Classic Car Show with around 10,000 visitors admiring and shopping amongst 200 classic cars on display. This is a major event in the southwest’s motoring calendar, with plenty to keep visitors occupied. Many classic car clubs exhibit at this show and an awards ceremony honoured the best stand displays. The 2011 show will take place in May once again, and is expected to be extended to 3 days.
The Scottish Borders Historic Motoring Extravaganza, Thirlestane Castle, Lauder This Scottish show is a unique way of displaying classic cars. Set against an impressive and historical backdrop, the castle location provides visitors with some of the best driving experiences in the Scottish Borders area. A craft and gift fair, dream rides on some of the most scenic roads, and live music add to the host of different activities available at this vintage car show. The event will take place on 5th and 6th June 2010.
North Wales Car Show, Barlows Caravan Park Caerwys Mold Clwyd This Welsh vintage car show includes classics, Americans, modified and bikes on display. With more than 400 cars to show, this show takes place over one day only. The event will take place on 19th September 2010.
